Return and Exchange Policy

Items sold may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.

You cannot exchange or return underwear or swimwear. Clothing items must be in their original condition, meaning they have not been used or washed, with both the inner and outer price tags attached, without any repairs, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Returns and exchanges can be made exclusively through the store.

لا يمكنك استبدال أو إرجاع منتجات
الملابس الداخلية أو ملابس السباحة. يجب أن تكون الملابس في حالتها الأصلية اي انها لم تستخدم، ولم تغسل، مع بقاء بطاقة السعر الداخلية والخارجية متصلة بها، وبدون إصلاحات ومعها فاتورة الشراء الخاصة بها.

الاسترجاع و الاستبدال يكون عن طريق المحل حصرا
